How do I order?

Just about everything we do is custom. Either stop by the showroom conveniently located at 5 Collins Drive in Queensbury, or browse our online catalogs to find what you’re looking for. If you choose to browse online, just write down the part number for us. You may call in your order or request your free quote!

Where are you located?

We are based in Queensbury, New York, and we enjoy serving customers from Glens Falls, Saratoga, Hudson Falls, South Glens Falls, Wilton and in other areas of upstate New York and the Adirondacks as well as Burlington, Vermont and beyond!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or check only.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly replace your order on the off chance we ever make a mistake — just make your request within 15 days of purchase. There are no returns on custom orders.

What is your policy on logo use?

We are happy to use your logo on your order. We cannot use logos of other businesses due to copyright issues. You must have permission to reproduce the artwork you provide us.

Is there a minimum order?

We sure do! We make sure to ship with insurance and proof of delivery so you can rest assured that if your order is damaged or lost in transit we can figure out what happened and replace it.
